Terms and Conditions for classes with Hazel Gold

By booking a class with Hazel Gold you are entering into a contract whereby you agree to abide by the following conditions:

• Hazel Gold is not liable for any costs incurred due to cancellation or changes caused by unforeseen events.

• If Hazel Gold cancels a class, then any monies paid will be returned.

• Clients are responsible for disclosing any pre-exsisting medical conditions, physical and mental, or injures to Hazel Gold.

• Hazel Gold takes no responsibility for injuries sustained by participation in classes.

• With regards to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, Hazel Gold will abide by up to date guidelines and safety recommendations.

• Clients agree to sanitise hands before entering class venues and participating in class.

• Class numbers will be limited to ensure adequate space in class. Please do not attend class if you are suffering symptoms of Covid-19.

• Payment for the block of classes confirms your place in class. Sorry, no refunds for missed classes.

• Please do not enter the class more than 5 minutes after it has started: you need to join the warm up to work safely in class.

• Hazel Gold will give verbal corrections, however occasionally the need will arise for hands on correction.

• Hazel Gold will always ask for consent to physically correct.
