Classes with Hazel combine elements of Pilates, yoga and barre
Come along to improve your posture, muscle tone, flexibility, strength and learn more about your own body.
Classes focus on conditioning the PELVIC FLOOR and inner core muscles, whilst giving you a COMPLETE BODY WORK OUT.
Increased pelvic floor control and muscle tone is beneficial for all stages of life, but particularly for PERI and MENOPAUSAL periods. It also helps with INCONTINENCE issues and can improve your SEX LIFE!
We work with precise, isometric movements which will work your muscles, improve BALANCE, FLEXIBILITY, CO-ORDINATION and STRENGTH.
Classes are suitable for all levels/age groups, and are low impact.
You will need to bring your own mat, but all other props will be provided. Wear general workout clothes, in which you are comfortable, and socks.
Hazel has had a long, varied career teaching and performing in the dance industry and has years of experience dealing with all abilities and groups.

All classes are booked in 4 week blocks. You are welcome to join the class mid-way through the block provided that there is space. Blocks cost £34. When there is space in the class, individual classes may be booked, at a cost of £8.50 per class. Free trial classes are also available.
Please bring your own mat. All further props will be provided. Please do not enter the class more than 5 minutes after the start time; you need the warm up to work safely in class.

Parking is available in the hall’s car park.
